Project overview

2410 developed a logistics management platform for ALSANTE GROUP, encompassing request processing, freight and transportation order management, client and contractor role structures, real-time monitoring, and financial operations.

The system aimed to streamline internal logistics workflows and improve communication with clients and transport partners. The project was divided into modules, allowing phased implementation and flexibility based on budget constraints.

The project spanned several years of intermittent collaboration, with evolving requirements and budget negotiations. The client consistently emphasized the need for transparency, visuals (sketches), and cost control. There was ongoing discussion about aligning the feature scope with available resources, with strong expectations for a working MVP at a clear cost before expanding into the transport modules. Ultimately, despite communication challenges, the system delivered a wide array of essential logistics tools and integrated workflows, tailored for ALSANTE's operational specifics.
