Once the Technical Specification is approved, we move into the development process - where the actual implementation of your project begins. This phase is entirely managed by our team, using our own infrastructure and internal resources. Our goal is to provide a smooth, transparent experience where you can monitor progress, test features, and offer feedback as the project evolves.
We build it on our side
All development takes place on our servers and systems. You do not need to provide hosting or setup services during the build process - we take care of everything needed for development, testing, and internal deployment.
This allows us to move faster, control the environment, and avoid conflicts caused by early live hosting.
We collect all the data before we start
Before development begins, we ensure that everything required to build your project is collected and documented. This includes:
- Branding assets (logos, fonts, design guidelines)
- Website or app content (products, services, categories, static pages)
- API documentation or third-party credentials (if integrations are needed)
- Admin access to existing tools (e.g., analytics, domains, plugins)
- Legal texts (privacy policy, terms, etc.)
- Technical preferences, if any (languages, platforms, hosting)
The sooner we have everything confirmed, the smoother the process will be.
Demo server access
In most cases, we set up a live demo server for you to view and test the project during development. This environment allows you to:
- Track progress for each milestone
- Test features in real time
- Submit feedback early
- Share with your internal stakeholders
This hands-on preview reduces misunderstanding and helps keep expectations aligned. Each milestone is delivered to the demo environment for review and testing.
Hosting and costs during development
We fully cover the cost of hosting and development infrastructure during the active development period. You don’t incur hosting fees until the project is delivered and moved to your own environment.
However, if a milestone extends significantly beyond its scheduled timeframe due to delays from the buyer's side (e.g., pending approvals, missing content, or prolonged silence), we reserve the right to:
- Charge for additional hosting or server resources
- Apply a fee for extended administration or project maintenance
This clause is intended to prevent indefinite holding of resources and ensure mutual accountability.
Client cooperation and delays
We rely on timely communication and input from the client to keep the project on track. When a deliverable is ready for feedback or approval, we expect your response within a reasonable timeframe.
If delays occur due to missing materials or decisions, the timeline will shift accordingly. In cases of prolonged inactivity, we apply our automatic approval and closure policy, which allows us to close or rescope the project if the buyer becomes unresponsive.
In summary
- We manage the entire development process on our servers
- You don’t need to worry about hosting or setup during development
- We gather all necessary data before we begin
- A demo server is provided for testing and transparency
- We reserve the right to charge for hosting or administration if timelines are delayed due to client inactivity
- The process depends on cooperation and timely responses to stay on schedule
